Full Case Pricing: Full Case pricing applies to the first three prices listed for each product unless otherwise stated. Note: Items do sort for quantity within the following categories:

Broken Case (Personalized) Pricing: This appears as the last price listed for most products and should be used for orders of less than case quantities of plain or any quantity of Personalized boxes or bags. The minimum order required is only 50 pieces. Broken Case orders cannot be combined with Full Case orders for quantity pricing.

Terms and Conditions

Shipping and Handling: With approved credit, all Full Case non-printed items are shipped same day if the order is received by 5:00 PM EST! Full Case imprint and hot stamp orders that require new plates leave our plant within 10 business days after receipt of a signed proof and credit approval. Repeat full case imprint and hot stamp orders ship 5-7 business days after credit approval. Broken Case plain orders ship within 24 hours. Broken Case Personalized orders using standard type styles and/or standard designs ship within 72 hours after credit approval. Broken Case Personalized orders requiring a plate ship 5-7 business days after receipt of signed proof and credit approval.

For speed and economy, we ship standard ground service. Large orders are shipped by MOD-PAC specified carriers if more economical than standard ground. To insure fast service, plain and imprinted orders are shipped from separate warehouses and are invoiced separately by warehouse.

Terms: All web orders are processed as Purchase Orders. We do not ship COD. Once you place your order online, a Customer Service Representative will contact you regarding your shipping options and finalize any sortability pricing if applicable. Customers may apply for open account status once an annual purchase level of $2500.00 is attained. Net 20 days with a monthly service charge of 1-1/2% after 30 days past due. U.S. funds only.

Our products are warranted against faulty workmanship or materials. We will replace them if we are in error. Any item failing to meet your expectations must be returned in unused and undamaged condition within 30 days of the invoice date to receive credit. Before returning merchandise, you must contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a return authorization number. Returns made without MOD-PAC's prior authorization will not be credited. If you order in error, authorized returns of accessories and plain boxes or bags (not imprinted or hot stamped) are subject to round-trip freight charges and a 10% or minimum $10.00 restocking fee, whichever is greater. MOD-PAC will not be responsible for any consequential damages as a result of our error. Our liability is specifically limited to the value of the product we manufactured. We reserve the right to request the product be returned to us for inspection or correction.

All sales are final. Imprint orders begin processing immediately. Plain full case orders are shipped immediately after being entered. Cancellations are not permissible once an order has been mailed, phoned, faxed or e-mailed to us.
