Founded in 1881 as Cooper Paper Box, the company was acquired by the Astronics Corporation in 1972, at which time the MOD-PAC CORP. name was established.
The Printing-Packaging segment of Astronics, that was operated through MOD-PAC and its Krepe Kraft divisions, became a separate corporation in March 2003. It is a publicly owned company listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange as MPAC. In addition to manufacturing and marketing stock packaging and custom folding cartons, commercial print-on-demand products and personalized print items are produced.
At our current 500,000 square feet location, MOD-PAC produces high quality folding cartons for large companies and small businesses alike. Combining the flexibility of low quantities
with ink and foil imprinting, we can satisfy the needs of our smallest customers. We also have the capacity for long run, full color custom printing to fulfill large volume requests. Whatever your
